Raw honey
Our raw honey is harvested in the Cerrado Mineiro, a region with highly diverse flora that results in honey with a balanced flavor and striking sensory identity. Available in a wide range of colors on the Pfund scale—from extra-light amber to dark amber—it can be supplied as wild honey (polyfloral) or from specific flowers. Harvested and processed under strict quality control, following all Ministry of Agriculture standards, it preserves enzymes, natural aromatic compounds, and exceptional purity. It is certified organic. Available in drums for export, with the necessary standardization for international logistics. It is the ideal choice for food industries and international brands looking for high-quality Brazilian honey.
Raw propolis
Apis Ipê's raw green propolis is obtained from areas carefully monitored by geolocation and managed sustainably. Rich in bioactive compounds, especially Artepillin C, it is the ideal base for industries that produce extracts, capsules, and nutraceuticals. We perform complete physical-chemical analyses to determine its classification by chemical markers, including total flavonoid content, total phenolic content, and, most notably, Artepillin C content. Recognized worldwide for its high quality, it is one of the most valued Brazilian raw materials on the international market. It has certified organic origin in accordance with European and American standards (EU-TRACES and NOP), in addition to Brazilian organic certification.
